We are proud to announce a break from tradition and that from 2008, we will be introducing appointment only Investment Strategy Meetings (ISMs) at strategic locations around the UK, Ireland and overseas. The new ISMs will replace the conventional investment seminars we have undertaken in previous years. We believe that individual investors will benefit more from an in-depth personal consultation than a typical seminar type environment and have changed our approach accordingly.

Like the seminars, these ISMs, will again be FREE of charge but will be by appointment only. The concept behind the personalised sessions is that we recognise that each potential investor has different needs and requirements and whilst the seminars informed and guided a collective group in a classroom style environment through the basics of how to invest in overseas property markets, they were never designed to permit personal consultations leading to the formulation of tailored strategies that could be readily implemented by the individuals concerned.

The ISMs will be held with a property investment consultant and will give you the opportunity to explore all investment avenues whilst also allowing you to resolve any questions or issues that you may have. It is thought that by the end of the session you will be in a better position to make a more informed decision as to how you may wish to proceed and indeed which avenue would be more suitable to fulfil your personal investment objectives in relation to property investment.

Specialists will be available to discuss your needs and there will be an opportunity to explore various projects currently being undertaken including 5-star Spa Resorts in Cyprus, leaseback schemes in the French Alps and apartments in Germany, in addition to potential projects being lined up in Bordeaux, Marrakech and Sicily.

All meetings will strictly be on a first come-first served basis and will be by appointment only. We are always over-subscribed and would advise you to book early to secure your place and avoid disappointment.
