I don’t wish to steal the thunder of the latest issue of the magazine as there is much written about property investing in 2008 and beyond. But……….. In my view, 2008 will present many exciting opportunities for the savvy investor whether in the UK or in other selected overseas markets. But it is in overseas markets that many property investors will now look to continue the growth and income they previously enjoyed in the UK and Ireland.
