 Dear Investor,
It’s been almost 3 weeks since the last e-newsletter, although we have packed in a lot in that time. The team has been very busy with Investment Strategy Meetings around the UK and Ireland and preparing for the launch of The Palm Spa Resort on Thursday 10th July 2008. We have also moved offices and are now located in the heart of the Liverpool business district. And finally, the highlight of the last 3 weeks for me was having lunch with the Queen in Preston at a military celebration. What a fabulous day.
Property Entrepreneur Programme Last week, we held the inaugural meeting of the Property Entrepreneur programme in Liverpool. We presented the programme and conducted interviews with the first group of 27 candidates chosen from over 100 applicants. After the interview stage, we now have 17 candidates remaining. There are a further 4 stages to the selection process including intensive training which culminates in a final selection interview. The successful candidates should earn around £120,000 in their first year and will be trained, mentored and encouraged by me and my team in Liverpool.

Marrakech
I have booked my flight to join the investor trip to Marrakech next weekend. I am actually attending as a buyer rather than as a member of the team and will be accompanied by a friend who is also an investor.
Henry has been working hard on this cracking new project of traditional Moroccan houses - known as riads - in the heart of the Medina for most of the year. We had some good news from the bank this week on interest rates which strengthens the cash flow position and I know this investment opportunity will be a great success.

As everyone gears up for the holiday season, we will not be holding any events during August and will reduce to minimum manning for most of the month. The team has put in a terrific performance this year and they all deserve a well-earned rest to re-charge before the 4th quarter which is traditionally the busiest period of our year.
