Restaurants and supermarkets

I have been busy looking at the design, operation and logistics of the health spa we are building at my other scheme, The Grove Spa Resort and also the concept behind the restaurant and shops.

The restaurant has no current competition in the area and given that it is located in a wealthy village, the scope for a successful business is great.  The theme will appeal to the widest possible market of locals, retirees, holiday makers and second home owners.  The next stage is working with a professional consultant in this field, as we are doing with the Health Spa. Then we move to construction, which will begin across the whole site in July. I am looking forward to adding this prime restaurant and the other commercial properties to my portfolio.

The Grove Spa Resort is located at the centre of a number of plots of land we have been buying over the past couple of years.  The supermarket on that site will supply groceries to residents of all of our schemes, including The Palm Spa Resort in Tersefanou which is about 8 minutes away by car.  We aim to make shopping easier whether while on holiday or in permanent residence.

The concept is simple: homeowners and holiday makers can pre-order their groceries online prior to arriving in Cyprus and find them in the fridge when they arrive.  I have been looking for this service in Cyprus myself since 2003 and have not yet found it, so I decided to create it myself.
