I am now back in the UK and coming to terms with the weather!
You should have now received Issue 6 of Jet-to-Let Magazine, unless you live in a remote part of the world, where I am told by subscribers that it can take up to a month or so to reach you!
In the past weeks in Cyprus we have been occupied with tenders from suppliers at The Grove Spa Resort and building operating models for the on-site restaurant and shops. The team we have gathered together for the development is truly outstanding and I am very pleased with how the project is progressing.
Back in Liverpool we had 3 days of economics, sales, marketing and product training with Group 2 of the property entrepreneur programme in our in-house training facility. Like the first programme, we had a very high quality group of people including business owners, accountants, architects, City professionals, mortgage brokers, sales people and a diamond broker amongst others. The entrepreneurs travelled from all parts of the UK and Europe and the feedback from delegates was excellent. Here is one example:
