| Dear Investor,
The refurbishment of our office block in Liverpool is moving at a pace and we should all be moved in and settled by the end of the month. In the meantime we have received some very exciting news from Cyprus which will please many buyers at the Grove Spa Resort. We will publish the details via this newsletter in due course when an official announcement is made.
Distressed Assets has delivered a number of successes recently, one of which I wish to highlight here:
2 Bed Apartment with parking purchased at auction for £70,000
Previously sold for £160,000 in Aug 2007
£6,600 income p.a. with a gross yield 9.4%
Waterloo is one of the best areas of Liverpool and a directly comparable property is currently on the market at £117,500 so our investor has made instant equity of nearly £50,000, not bad for a relatively small outlay.
Further there are some positive news stories hitting the press about buy-to-let in the UK and when investors compare the returns from property with the returns from pension funds and cash, then there’s no surprise that they are choosing property.
Repossessed Property Seminar – Wednesday 25th November 2009 in London at 6.30pm
We have a few places remaining on our FREE repossessed property seminar next week. Myself, Henry and Angela (our lawyer) will show how you can make substantial sums of money in this market whist avoiding the legal pitfalls. One of our clients has made £80,000 on one property purchase he made just 6 months ago.
If you want to learn how to achieve these levels of return, then fill in the form at:

My blog has a very good article about buy-to-let which you can read by clicking here:
